Sociedad sin clases e ideologías del desarrollo. Aportes de Franz Hinkelammert al pensamiento crítico latinoamericano

Resumen: El presente texto pretende rescatar los aportes de Franz Hinkelammert, cientista social alemán radicado en América Latina desde la década del sesenta. Nos centraremos en la producción teórica llevada a cabo en su etapa chilena (1963-1973) señalando: a) su crítica a los conceptos implícitos de desarrollo y subdesarrollo presentes en las ideologías liberal-capitalista y socialista y b) el análisis de las posibilidades reales de un socialismo latinoamericano más allá de los errores y olvidos de las experiencias socialistas anteriores. Recuperar estos aportes permitiría indagar su relevancia para el actual proceso histórico latinoamericano.

Abstract: This paper tries to rescue the contributions of Franz Hinkelammert, a German social scientist based in Latin America since the sixties.  We will focus on the theoretical production held in his Chilean stage (1963-1973) indicating: a) his critique of the implicit concepts of development and underdevelopment present in the socialist and liberal-capitalist ideologies, and b) the analysis of the real possibilities that Latin American socialism has, beyond the errors and oversights of the previous socialist experiments.  Recovering these contributions would allow us to inquire about its relevance to the current Latin American historical process.
